5 Precooked 6-8" crepes
1/4lbHot smoked lake trout
3ozCream cheese; softened
2tbMayonnaise
1tbChives; finely chopped
1tbGreen pepper; finely chopped
1tbPimento; finely chopped
  Pepper

Mix the ingredients and spread on the crepes. cut crepes into quarters and roll up. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
